Camila Alves shows off diamond engagement ring

The fiancée of actor Matthew McConaughey has recently been seen showing off hew new diamond engagement ring.
The couple got engaged on Christmas Day but Alves has only recently been spotted wearing the diamond engagement ring at a QVC catwalk show as part of New York Fashion Week. She was sporting a red floral dress and beaded black shoes to allow her new sparkler to stand out.
She told US Weekly: “It feels so great. It's a rose cut. It's a beautiful ring.” She added that she has been a bit too busy with projects of her own to spend too much time worrying about wedding planning. Along with her mother, Alves has been designing a handbag range.
She commented to the magazine, “It's amazing to be designing. We've been with QVC for a little bit over a year and we have a couture line.
“It's at Nordstrom and other department stores, but with QVC it's special, because it's instant gratification of hearing from the customer.”
McConaughey announced the couple’s engagement on Twitter over Christmas and posted a picture of them sharing a celebratory kiss. He tweeted, “'Just asked Camila to marry me, merry Christmas.”
